The Exersite®
system
involves placing groups of exercise stations in a collected cluster.
There are 13 exercise stations grouped in a 12m
(13yds) square area.
The user moves around the exercise
stations following the instructions on the printed signage to systematically work out in a safe and effective manner.
The
Exersite® is the most popular
configuration of our exercise station
systems.
The
Exersite®
is a mini outdoor gym, usually in a park, athletic field or school setting, where
participants warm-up,
stretch, build muscle strength, work on their cardiovascular fitness and
cool-down.
It is also the most cost effective of the systems.
SEPARATED EXERSITE
The Separated Exersite®
is especially suited to
confined areas but they can be separated into four nearby 'pods' or
'mini-clusters' of
exercise stations to provide a slightly separated configuration for greater
flexibility in design and usage.
For example each series may be located at
intervals along a walking, jogging or fitness trail or placed in the corner
of a field or municipal park. Each 'pod' is an outdoor mini-gym and
provides, in sequence a warm-up, stretching, strengthening, cardio-vascular
and cool-down workout. Each of the four 'pods' covers about 36 square metres
(400 square feet).
