The Exersite concept
involves placing groups of exercise stations in a cluster.
There are 15 exercises grouped in an 11 x 11 metres square.
The user moves from exercise to exercise following the instructions to
systematically work out in a safe and effective manner.
The
Exersite is the most popular format of our exercise station
system.
The user has a mini outdoor gym, usually in a park or school setting where they warm-up,
stretch, build muscle strength, work on their cardiovascular fitness and
cool-down.
It is also the most cost effective of the systems for the purchaser.
SEPARATED EXERSITE
The Exersites are especially suited to
confined areas but they can be separated into four series, or groups of
exercise stations to provide more flexibility in design and usage.
For example each series may be located at
intervals along a walking, jogging or fitness trail or placed in the corner
of a field.
Each series is a mini-gym and provides in
sequence a warm-up and cool-down, stretching, strengthening and
cardio-vascular workouts.
Each of the four series covers about 20 square
metres in area.
