Welcome to Fitness Trails' newest innovation the JUNIOR SCHOOL EXERSITE® - a modified version of the Exersite®, designed specifically for primary/elementary school-aged children.
If you are looking for an effective and fun filled outdoor exercise program for your school, Fitness Trails has designed and developed the ideal system.
This children's outdoor gym has been specifically designed to provide young children with a safe, effective and enjoyable exercise session. It’s a safe place for them to play and have fun with their friends.
Being active is fun! Here’s how your state, municipal or private school system can help students improve their fitness and combined with good nutrition, enjoy better health.
WHAT IS IT? Our specially modified Junior School Exersite® is made of a cluster of 12 exercise stations with corresponding signs.
The exercises include warm-up and cool-down stretches, arm, shoulder, abdominal and leg strengtheners, cardio-vascular activities, agility and balance exercises. This balanced combination provides three stages of difficulty to challenge children of all fitness levels.
The JUNIOR SCHOOL EXERSITE® can be used in a class setting by teachers following the easy to read instructions on the graphic panels.
The JUNIOR SCHOOL EXERSITE® is a fun place for your students to be physically active: during PhysEd lessons, recess or lunch times, after school or on weekends with the whole family.

INSTALLATION: Fitness Trails does not install the kits but the SCHOOL FIT EXERSITE is delivered in kit form ready for simple and easy installation in an 12 x 12 sq metre space by your contracted local builder, landscape contractor or even by your P & C! Call Fitness Trails as we may be able to recommend an installer in your area.
Allow about 2.5 days to prepare, install and complete your preferred undersurface.
