Welcome to Fitness Trail’s newest innovation the SCHOOL FIT EXERSITE - a modified version of the Exersite, designed specifically for primary and elementary school-aged children.
If you are looking for an effective and fun filled outdoor fitness and exercise equipment program for your school you’ve come to the right place!
The outdoor gym is for boys and girls. It’s a safe place for them to have fun with their friends while they get fit.
Being active is fun! Here’s how your school can help your pupils improve their fitness… and combined with good nutrition, enjoy better health.
WHAT IS IT? Our specially modified Exersite for Primary and Elementary aged school children is made of a cluster of 12 exercise stations with corresponding signs.
The exercises include Warm-up and Cool-down stretches, arm, shoulder, tummy and leg strengtheners, heart and lung activities and agility and balance exercises. This balanced combination provides three levels to challenge kids of all fitness levels..
The SCHOOL FIT EXERSITE for children can be used in a class setting by PhysEd teachers or by others following the easy to read instructions on the graphic panels.
But it doesn’t stop there. The same principles applying to the Exersite, also apply to the SCHOOL FIT EXERSITE equipment i.e. it provides a safe, effective, do it yourself exercise program.
The SCHOOL FIT EXERSITE is a fun place for your pupils to get fit: during PE or recess or lunch, or after school.

INSTALLATION: Fitness Trails does not install the kits but the SCHOOL FIT EXERSITE is delivered in kit form ready for simple and easy installation in an 12 x 12 sq metre space by your contracted local builder, landscape contractor or even by your P & C! Call Fitness Trails as we may be able to recommend an installer in your area.
Allow about 2.5 days to prepare, install and complete your preferred undersurface.
