The 9, 12 or 18 station fitness trails
(or circuits) are made up of a series
of individual exercise stations with the corresponding signs. These are spaced along
a walking / jogging or running path to our customers' distance and design
specifications. The workouts combine running, jogging or walking between the
exercise stations to provide a complete fitness training session.
Alternatively, the 9, 12 and 18
exercise stations can border cycling paths, lakes, ponds, corporate
headquarters, hospital grounds, military bases ....
Naturally, the same fitness principles
applying to the Exersite® also apply to the fitness trails or
circuits; that is, they provide a safe, effective, self-paced, do-it-yourself
exercise program.
Spaced around each
fitness trail are the unique exercise signs, as well as the Welcome and Heart Check Guide.
